Elsie’s multifaceted skills encompass project management, policy analysis, impact assessments, and conflict resolution. She excels in integrating governance and poverty reduction into projects, capacity building, and evaluating the legal dimensions of revenue management and resettlement strategies for local institutions. Her advisory roles have extended to major projects with the World Bank, African Development Bank, the UN system, and numerous donors in Ghana and across Africa.
A passionate advocate for poverty reduction, Elsie has significantly contributed to the development of policy documents and guidelines in the WASH, Agricultural, Gender Equality, and Good Governance sectors in Ghana.
